Knowledge Transfer Via Virtual Collaboration with Prof. Amelia, IPMI, Indonesia

HDTBM students discussed a holistic human resources model (HTM 111 Talent Development for Capacity Building) with professor and students from Indonesia under COVID-19.

Through discussion, it is realised that talent development training begins with self-awareness, belief and self/ organizational relationships.

Improving employees’ potentials and capabilities are a never ending lesson for organizations.

Through experimenting operation flows, reflecting in skills developed, measuring employees’ potentials, needs, capabilities, performance and relationship, the effectiveness and productivity of organizations will be enhanced.
