Entrance Requirements
Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) Programme
Year 1
- Attain Level 3 in English Language and Chinese Language and Level 2 in Mathematics and Liberal Studies in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), i.e. 3322, applicants’ scores in elective subjects will be considered as bonus points in the selection process; OR
- Attain Grade E in AS Use of English, AS Chinese Language and Culture and one AL subject/ two AS subjects in HKALE and 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language and Chinese Language or Chinese Literature; OR
- Hold equivalent qualifications; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Year 3
- Completed an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in a related discipline from a recognised institution in Hong Kong or overseas; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Part-time Conversion mode
- Completed an Associate Degree, or Higher Diploma in Social Work from a recognised institution in Hong Kong or overseas; AND
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) Programme
Year 1
- Attain Level 3 in English Language and Chinese Language and Level 2 in Mathematics and Liberal Studies in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), i.e. 3322, applicants’ scores in elective subjects will be considered as bonus points in the selection process; OR

- Completed an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in a related discipline from a recognised institution in Hong Kong or overseas; AND

Bachelor of Service Management (Honours) Programme
Year 1
- Attain Level 3 in English Language and Chinese Language and Level 2 in Mathematics and Liberal Studies in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), i.e. 3322, applicants’ scores in elective subjects will be considered as bonus points in the selection process; OR
- Secondary school graduates from other education systems with results comparable to the above (for non-native speakers of Chinese, academic result in Chinese may not be required); OR
- Having successfully completed 1 year of study at associate degree or degree year 1 level in other tertiary institutions; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Year 3
- Completed an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in a related discipline from a recognised institution in Hong Kong or overseas; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Bachelor of Christian Ministry (Honours) Programme
Year 1
- Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language and Level 2 in Mathematics and Liberal Studies in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination. Applicants’ scores in elective subjects will be considered as bonus points in the selection process; OR
- Secondary school graduates from other education systems with results comparable to the above; OR
- Hold an equivalent qualification; and
- Pass an admission interview.
Year 3
- An Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in a related discipline; OR
- An equivalent qualification; and
- Pass an admission interview.
Higher Diploma in Social Work
- Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination. Up to two Applied Learning subjects may be counted for admission purposes. Non-Chinese speaking students may use alternative qualifications in Chinese Language; OR
- Secondary school graduates from other education systems with results comparable to the above (for non-native speakers of Chinese, academic results in Chinese may not be required); OR
- Students having successfully completed a foundation diploma or Diploma Yi Jin; OR
- Mature applicants aged 21 or above when admission is sought; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education Programme
- Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination. Up to two Applied Learning subjects may be counted for admission purposes. Non-Chinese speaking students may use alternative qualifications in Chinese Language; OR
- Secondary school graduates from other education systems with results comparable to the above (for non-native speakers of Chinese, academic results in Chinese may not be required); OR
- Students having successfully completed a foundation diploma or Diploma Yi Jin; OR
- Mature applicants who are aged 21 or above when admission is sought; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Higher Diploma in Transformative Business Management Programme
- Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination. Up to two Applied Learning subjects may be counted for admission purposes. Non-Chinese speaking students may use alternative qualifications in Chinese Language; OR
- Secondary school graduates from other education systems with results comparable to the above (for non-native speakers of Chinese, academic results in Chinese may not be required); OR
- Students having successfully completed a foundation diploma or Diploma Yi Jin; OR
- Successful completion of the Diploma in Pre-University Studies Programme offered by Gratia Christian College; OR
- Mature applicants who are aged 21 years or above when admission is sought; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Higher Diploma in Psychology and Counselling Programme
- Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination. Up to two Applied Learning subjects may be counted for admission purposes. Non-Chinese speaking students may use alternative qualifications in Chinese Language; OR

- Successful completion of the Diploma in Pre-University Studies Programme offered by Gratia Christian College; OR

- Successful completion of a foundation diploma, pre-associate degree, or Diploma Yi Jin; OR
- Successful completion of the Diploma in Pre-University Studies Programme offered by Gratia Christian College; OR
- Fall Enrolment: Mature applicants who are aged 21 years or above when admission is sought; OR
- Spring Enrolment: Mature applicants who are aged 21 years or above when admission is sought; OR
- An equivalent qualification assessed by the College; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Professional Diploma in Property and Facilities Management Programme
- Secondary Five Education with a Pass or above in five subjects including Grade E in Chinese Lanaguage and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (HKCEE) AND currently employed in the facility/property management sector for at least 3 months; OR
- Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination AND currently employed in the facility/property management sector for at least 3 months; OR
- Secondary school graduates from other education systems with results comparable to the above AND currently employed in the facility/property management sector for at least 3 months; OR
- Foundation diploma or Diploma Yi Jin or a QF Level 3 Qualification Certificate, PLUS a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the facility/property management sector; OR
- QF Level 3 Qualification Certificate in Property Management Industry from Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) scheme; OR
- Mature applicants aged 21 years or above when they start their course of study, PLUS a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the facility/property management sector and pass the Chinese and English language admission tests; OR
- An equivalent qualification assessed by the College; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
Diploma in Pre-University Studies Programme
- Completion of Secondary 6 under the New Senior Secondary Education Structure; OR
- Mature applicants who are aged 21 or above when admission is sought; OR
- Have obtained an equivalent qualification; AND
- Pass an admission interview.
