Admission Arrangement
Reservation	Direct Offer recipients may reserve a place of study by accepting the Direct Offer on or before noon of 23 Jul 2023 or within 3 working days after the day of Direct Offer (whichever is later)
Registration	Student registration must be completed on or before 9 Aug 2023 or within 7 working days after the day of offer (whichever is later)
Refund of Fees	Reservation Fee and 1st instalment of Tuition Fee are generally non-refundable unless an applicant has successfully registered to (i) a full-time UGC-funded undergraduate programme, or (ii) a full-time undergraduate programme subsidised under SSSDP. Application/Notification of refund must be sent in BEFORE the commencement of the new Academic Year. Proof of Registration must be provided in order to be considered for fee refund. Full refund with an administration fee of HK$500.

Tuition Fee of the Professional Diploma in Property and Facilities Management is to be paid in 12 instalments before the start of each semester. 每年的學費分十二期在每一個學期前支付

For eligible students only. The tuition fee after deduction of NMTSS is calculated based on the amount of subsidy in the 2023/24 academic year. The amount of subsidy in the 2024/25 academic year will be updated in the beginning of 2024. All subsidy will be subject to the final announcement by Education Bureau. 只適用於符合相關資格學生。此扣除免入息審查資助後之學費以2023/24 學年資助額計算，2024/25學年之資助額將會在2023年初更新，所有資助將以教育局最新公布為準。
