Student Emergency Fund
The Student Emergency Fund (SEF) is set up by the Student Development Office (SDO). It is intended to provide financial assistance to students who are unable to meet immediate and essential expenses arising from temporary hardship due to emergency.
Students may apply for the fund to relieve them from financial stress when they experience dire financial difficulties caused by recent and unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, illness, death of a family member, unemployment of parents, a severe drop in family income, and unexpected loss of family support. Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
