A – Scholarship and Financial Assistance
Scholarship and Student Support
To encourage students to do well in academic and non-academic areas, the College awards scholarship to students who excel in different scopes. Also, subsidies and loans are granted to students in need so that they can study without financial worries.
Student Emergency Fund
If students experience unforeseen challenges and therefore have difficulties meeting daily needs, they may apply for the Student Emergency Fund to relieve them from financial pressure.
Bursary
If students of the Diploma in Pre-University Studies Programme (DPUS) has difficulty in paying tuition fee, they may apply for the Bursary for DPUS to relieve them from financial pressure..
2021/2022 FASP and NLSPS
Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP) or Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) aims to provide financial assistance to needy students so that no eligible students will be denied access to post-secondary education because of lack of means.
B – Support and Service
Locker Rental Service
To assist students in their education, each student may apply for a locker to store their belongings.
Support to students with Special Educational Needs
The College provides all possible help to students with Special Educational Needs so that they can adapt well to the learning environment and benefit most from their education.
MTR Student Travel Scheme
The MTR will offers MTR concessionary fares to eligible full time day course students studying in a recognised institution in Hong Kong.
C – Nomination for local internship
Legislative Council Secretariat Internship Programme
The purpose of this internship programme is to enable young people to better understand the constitutional functions and operation of the Legislative Council, and to have hands-on experience in the support services for LegCo provided by the LegCo Secretariat.
D – Others
Electronic Products Promotions
Companies have set up education stores to provide discounts to students and teaching staff.
