Job applications made by applicants will be used for recruitment and other employment-related purposes. They may be made accessible by offices, committees or persons who will process recruitment and employment-related matters. Should similar vacancies arise in the College, your application may also be forwarded to relevant Schools / Departments / Offices for consideration.

To facilitate processing, applicants are obliged to provide information as required in the application form. Otherwise, applications with incomplete information will not be processed.

Job applicants who wish to access or make corrections to any information they have provided for the College during the recruitment process can write to the Human Resources and Administration Manager or the Human Resources Office of the College via email (hr@gratia.edu.hk) and specify the date of application, the post applied for, and the channel the application was made like through email or fax.

Information on unsuccessful applications will normally be destroyed within 24 months after the completion of the recruitment exercise.

Security Measures for Handling Restricted (Staff) Information

  1. Restricted (Staff) information can be accessed by those employees who have a need for such information in the performance of their duties.
  2. Restricted (Staff) information must be kept in a manner to ensure that it cannot be accessed by unauthorized person.
  3. All Restricted (Staff) documents must be dispatched in properly glued envelopes which are sufficiently opaque to prevent the document inside being read through.
  4. Classified waste should be properly shredded and disposed.
