- Alterations, Additions and Improvement Works
 
- Keep track of the energy saving and hygiene plans
 
- Handle all matters relating to estates management
 
- Handle and monitor the renovation projects

(B) Health and Safety
Smoke-Free Campus
Gratia Christian College (GCC) is a smoke-free campus dedicated to promoting the well-being for everyone. We believe that a smoke-free environment supports academic excellence and personal growth.
Fire Safety Management
- Ascertain the whole campus with respect to fire safety according to the latest requirement standards
 
- Propose to College Management all improvements and upgrading requirements
 
Budget and Cost Control
- Prepare budget proposals for works, and seek Senior Management’s approval and endorsement
 
- Implement cost control constantly and report to Senior Management as and when required
 
(C) Sustainability
The Facility Management Office (FMO) has been taking a leading role in ensuring the electricity used in maintaining the activities and services in campuses is consumed in a prudent manner. The energy saving measures are implemented by FMO.
