Repair and Maintenance Management

  1. Alterations, Additions and Improvement Works
  2. Keep track of the energy saving and hygiene plans
  3. Handle all matters relating to estates management
  4. Handle and monitor the renovation projects
  5. Repair and Maintenance
  6. Work out the facilities and maintenance plan for the College

Facilities Service

  1. Parking (Only for SKM Campus)

  4. Handle delivery services
  5. Lost and Found

  8. Posting up posters for School and Student Activities / notices in public areas
  9. Student / Staff Lockers Application (FMO Form 3 & FMO Form 4)
  10. Photocopies (Copy, scan and print)
  11. Audio Visual System (AV System)

(B) Health and Safety

Smoke-Free Campus

Gratia Christian College (GCC) is a smoke-free campus dedicated to promoting the well-being for everyone. We believe that a smoke-free environment supports academic excellence and personal growth.

Fire Safety Management

  1. Ascertain the whole campus with respect to fire safety according to the latest requirement standards
  2. Propose to College Management all improvements and upgrading requirements

Budget and Cost Control

  1. Prepare budget proposals for works, and seek Senior Management’s approval and endorsement
  2. Implement cost control constantly and report to Senior Management as and when required

(C) Sustainability

The Facility Management Office (FMO) has been taking a leading role in ensuring the electricity used in maintaining the activities and services in campuses is consumed in a prudent manner. The energy saving measures are implemented by FMO.
