TENDER FOR VOIP SERVICE

Tender is called for the provision of VOIP services in our campus located at 5 Wai Chi Street. We are a private institute registered under Cap.320. The concerned VOIP service will be used by our staff and students.

SERVICE REQUIREMENT:

1. Inbound Routes:
   • At least 20 DID lines
2. Outbound Routes:
   • At least 20 concurrent outgoing calls
3. PBX and VOIP server
   • Elastix (v2.3) standalone server
4. Extension Number:
   • Unlimited number of extension setup with SIP protocol
5. Dataline
   • Dedicated business broadband service with fixed IP
6. Digital Phones supporting SIP protocol

Note: 5 and 6 is NOT included in this tender

The proposal should consist of the following:

1. Specification of hardware
2. Specification of software
3. Monthly charges breakdown
4. Contract period/duration
5. Maintenance/Supplies service charter
6. A brief introduction of your company and job references
7. Terms and Conditions
